Integrating all forms of therapy
The importance of The Silvan S. Tomkins Institute's program of educational outreach and research must be stressed. The worlds of academic psychology, psychiatry, and psychotherapy are splintered and distorted by theories that are archaic or fail to encompass study of the full range of human emotion. Many therapists have been looking for a theoretical system that allows the integration of all forms of therapy. The Tomkins-Nathanson system embraces data from all realms of human knowledge.Activities for 2000
