Well, yer pretty limiting on the info but I'd say this guy should be examining his attraction to people. Is he curious or gay? Acting out, to me, simply says he'd better look the questions of his orientation before he does something he regrets, like someone interpreting his behavior as harrassement, particularly if it occurs in the workplace. Homophobia is very strong within the gay community--aptly expressed by a gay friend, "I accept my attraction to men. I enjoy my attraction to men. I'm open about my attaction to men. I'm also irritated by it because it limits my abiltity to live 'normally' in society. There are roadblocks everywhere and fighting them is tiring."
