On-line Counseling - Legal and ethical aspects

I am working on a presentation for graduate school on the legal and ethical questions in regards to on-line counseling. Do you know of any research and information that has already been published about this topic?

Secondly, could you provide some websites that offer on-line counseling. I would be interested in seeing how they are set for this project as well.
