Cyber-Psychoanalysis?

What about the guy from England who is now doing psychoanalysis in chat rooms? Can this really be psychoanalysis? This just seems outrageous to me. I really think that none of this should be happening until some guidelines are developed. What horrible legal and ethical risks people are taking.
