Try contacting Isaac Marks, Institute of Psychiatry, London; or Derek Johnston, St Andrews University, Scotland; or Jim White, Gartnavel Hospital, Glasgow; or Paul McLaren, Guys Hospital, London. They have all done work in treating people using new technologies. Here in Inverness we provide treatment to remote areas of the Highlands using ISDN based videoconferencing; we've also done a project on neuro testing.
I'd be pleased to hear what else is happening, especially in the UK.
