The question is "How do you determine what, if any, impact apperception, has on peoples reactions to meetings and the participants of meetings?" I think the only true why to determine this would be through interview of subjects asking if they have biases about the meeting/participants and if yes, do they impact their behavior during the meeting (e.g., apperception = it doesn't matter what I think, impact on actions = person does not speak up in the meeting).
