I need help. My company is at the cusp of great change (aren't we all) and we need a person to chamion the OD side of being profitable. This is a huge step forward for this 100 year old company. 1200 ee's. Manufacturing/Distribution. My question is this, The role will be titled Director of OD and T, with the training dept. reporting to this position. Who should the Director report to? The serious debate is around this reporting structure. VP of HR, President of CO, WHO???
