Hello all, Are there other factors I can include?
I need some help in trying to define the factors which assess the quality of the recrutment process in my organization (big hi tech firm in Israel). I have thought of 2-
1. "hard" database we receive about the candidate from an external company who's in charge of the evaluation center + our interview evaluation.
2. employee turnover- the ones who quit and the ones who are let go.
