Different principles of measurement are necessary to make OD more objective. We can use different experimental design to study effectiveness of OD. Survey methods are important for studying perception of the group of employees across different hierarchies. I have used organizational health questionnaire for assessment of differential perception of organizational hierarchies. My published articles are available in I am interested to do some collaborative research on OD.
