I am an india based academic who migrated through Finance and Economics to Organization development. I have been involved with many organizations in their apptempt to change. This has been more relevant since 1991 in India (after globalization process was initiated). One of the themes that most OD professionals and organizations shy away from is :What does the change mean to me? (personally). I have found very few OD consultants dare to put this question to themselves and openly(in presence of other org members) deal with the fears,and anxieties that they seem to imagine.
