Re:confidentiality/ privacy of records & the least amound of info recorded

    hello,
i wondered if two things are getting confused. on the one hand there is a real question of what is retained on a record. more importantly however is what this means within the transference realtionship with the client.
it sounded like something very controlling is going on that can only change with persistant interpretation - it's out ward manifestation is "how are you thinking of me in your records"
the struggle remians in the therapeutic relationship not in the records.
