This exchange has been about rape the whole time, and nothing but rape. The examples cited where examples why a partner in a sex act might feel like saying No after they had gotten undressed. In the cases where that No is said and the other partner does not respect it, it become rape. it is really quite simple if your partner says No to an early morning wake up call, and you do not respect that No, then your a rapist. What the end result of that will be is different of course. If nothing is done with the situation then your sex life will probably just take "a nose dive" in frequency. Maybe if two partners in such a situation talks it out, and the offending partner "gets it" and never ignores a stated No again then it might just be a small negative bleep on the radar screen of a long relationship. This is the legal definition as well, so I really dont care to spend much more time with you on this. Although in practice of course most rapes are not possible to prove in a court of law. It is interesting to note though that nowhere in the animal kingdom does rape exist. Either partner in the animal kingdom always have the full authority to say no and have that respected. No matter what other circumstances might be there. As far as your call for credentials (which I saw you put on top of the previous response, it must be important to you huh?) on boards such as this one statistically you most likely lie about yours. So if you need to make your credentials an issue on a message board then you should be prepared to post your full name, your current licensing status, and the states you are licensed in for others to check up on. Personally I would also like to hear what your doctoral thesis was in and from which University you got it. Otherwise I guess, your posts will have to make sense on their own without the added authority of credentials. Da Friendly Puter Tech
