Hello, my therapist always treated me more like a friend than a client. I Thank you
had her home phone number (to call her anytime). On the weekends she
invited me for coffee,or lunch. At first I didn't thought that
anything was wrong until I discovered that my therapist billed my
insurance company for sessions on days she has not seen me. Our
sessions never took place in her office. One day a few weeks ago she
terminated the client therapist relationship. Not that she gave me a
reason, or an explanation no she handed me a letter that she wrote
to my physician (not a nice one) and
told me if I have anything to say to this letter I better do it now
cause if she would hear about it afterwards I have to watch out.
A few days ago I received a very threatening letter in the mail from
her if she
would hear anything from my insurance company in this matter she
would take legal action against me. What can I do in my situation?
Michelle
