Just a p.s. I had my therapy appt today and just tried to "let go" of the control bit. Just tried to relax and let things flow without trying to control the outcome or please. The session went much better! One question tho: From the little bit of reading I've done, 8 sessions of EMDR seems to be the standard. I've had at least 12, and still have a few items to address. Is that normal?
