I appreciate your observations, Michael. About the written speech: I don´t have alternative to read the complete message. In a few opportunities I have tried to read it once. Sometimes I have needed to read it in high voice to avoid the visual presence and let the words go. But when I have to work with the material of each case, to exchange opinions with colleagues or to supervise a case, I prefer my own notes. It is impossible, I think, to work all the time with the complete material. My regards
Many of the consultants have the need to send two, or sometimes three mails to say "exactly" what they wanted to, because, perhaps they hitted the SEND button before correcting , or they just had an idea or something else to tell, one second after sending the consultation.
In those cases, we consider that ¨mistake¨ like a valuable material to analyze.
This is, I think, one of the advantages and disadvantages . If we could take the best of the written word and discard that difficulty...
I´d like to know your experiences on this.
