Seems like a very broad topic, Antonio. I'm not sure where to start. I imagine that many intercultural issues that apply to f2f interactions also would apply online - like language barriers, differences in customs about social etiquette, how important f2f cues and body language are to peoples of different cultures, differences in how people express themselves via text. Anyone have any suggestions?
