More and more traditional businesses are selling
their products and services ONLINE. They put up
web pages to attract visitors to purchase their
goods and services. My initial personal experience as
visitor was that I dare not commit to the purchase
for reasons that:
2) Quality of products or services was not guaranteed
3) Doubt of delivery of of products or services
4) Fear thar credit card information may fall on wrong hands
I would conclude that my reaction was fear of the "unknown"
which was brought about by Technology. May I have comments from John or any other visitors to this site please.
