Hi Jessica, I have just read some about CMT, and I cannot help wondering at the outset what this offers that contemporary psychoanalytic thinking does not. I am thinking here of projective identification and enactment specifically. Doesn't your approach simply give the therapist permission to deal with these phenomena more actively and more briefly?
