Any assessment that you make, given these facts, would be a subjective and therefore unprofessional assessment. Who has trained you to be able to decide this, based on the facts given? I've done Child Welfare work and it is a crapshoot in deciding an issue like this. Our training and our skills give us, hopefully, the ability to assist people in being more comfortable with their lives. For us to make ourselves more that that, means taking on shamanic powers, and I'm afraid that doesn't come with the degree. As much as all of us like to believe in our own wisdom, hubris about it could only lead to our downfall, as was known by the Helenists. Let someone else do it rather than use the scientific cachet of your, allow the court people to believe that you've got more wisdom than they do.
