Outcome measure for primary care use sought
Steven Locke · 7/20/99 at 11:50 pm ET

I need to assess change in response to a mind/body treatment program in somatizing medical outpatients. In the past we have used the BSI but I am now looking for a public domain (not copyrighted, or free) instrument that measures depression, anxiety, somatization, and hostility.

    Any suggestions?
