See a therapist. That's the best advice. Otherwise, there are some excellent books. And some really crappy ones. The treatment of choice is CBT. Don't listen to those who try to equate eating disorders with addictions. That just comes from addictions counselors trying to get new sources of revenue. You can go to twelve step meetings and feel sorry for yourself, blaming the world for your problem, or you can see a real cognitive therapist and do something about it.
