    John: a further tip on how not to get invited to pharmaceutical industry conference on OCD (something I specialise in (sic)):
    Point out that the brain scan stuff showing normalisation following CBT, (Baxter/Schwartz, McGuire) is pretty convincing evidence AGAINST the notion of "brain disease". Clearly, scan results are functional rather than indicating trait markers.
