Borderline? Spectrum?

Glad you agree about the uselessness of BPD diagnosis. I'm intrigued as to why you think borderline spectrum personality disorder is so much more appropriate. For goodness sake, this sounds like grade a prejudging. We surely, surely, should be trying to understand this person's problems and their context well before trying labelling? BTW, Rob's prescription WAS long term treatment.
