Behavioral Data Collection

I am interested in finding a simple solution to collecting data for 12 residents of an Intermediate Care Facility. Most have behavior plans, and we utilize positive reinforcement, extinction, and compliance training and edibles. Our data collection takes hours to process, we need to find a simpler way. Our behaviors include stripping, aggression, self-injurious behavior, destructiveness, resistiveness, copraphagy, tantrums, vocal outbursts, etc,.
