    Behind all our efforts to help patients, the one thing we all do is help people change. Change their lifestyle, change their relationships, change their thoughts, feelings, or other behaviors. There are many theories about why and how people change. What are those theories most revelant in your work? How and why do people change? As health professionals or those in need of changing what has worked for you?
