IN-PERSON MEETINGS
March 2, 1997
During the summer of 1997 seven Behavior OnLine Editors will be teaching week-long continuing education courses at the Cape Cod Institute. I hope many of you will be able to attend and that you will let me know you are coming so we can include you in a private get-together for our group during your stay.
Henry Stein, who facilitates our discussion on Classical Adlerian Therapy, will teach a week-long course on that topic. He will be joined by Martha Edwards of the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. (June 23-27, 1997)
Jessica Broitman of the Control Mastery forum will be joined by Joseph Weiss and others in a course on that approach to therapy. (July 7-11, 1997)
Jim Pretzer of Cognitive Therapy and Barbara Fleming of Anxiety Disorders will collaborate in a course on Cognitive Therapy for Personality Disorders. (August 4-8, 1997)
Jim Brody will join John Pearce in a week devoted to Evolutionary Psychology. (August 25-29, 1997)
John Grohol and I and ten leading contributers to the development of mental health on the Net will present at the Third Annual Connected Computer Symposium. The symposium offers a step-by-step introduction for beginners and a selection of advanced state-of-the-art sessions. (July 14-18, 1997)
Full information about the Institute and its courses can be found at the Cape Cod Institute, a summer-long series of week-long courses which I initiated, now in its 18th season.
