Clinical Case Conference: The presentation of "The Case of Otto Freund," is now complete. The discussion of the case continues and will continue into the indefinite future. There have been literally thousands of visits to the case conference and we have had lots of positive feedback from you. However, relatively few people have posted their own comments or questions. And today on Cape Cod, I encountered face-to-face (yes, from time to time the traditional mode of communication still occurs!) one member of the Behavior OnLine community who had refrained from commenting because she thought it was against the rules. Not so! The conference contains an area for messages from the conference leaders and another which is open to all. So don't hesitate to speak up. We want to hear from you, about this case and a new case which is coming soon...

Tomkins Instiute Annual Colloquium: Those of you who have become interested in affect theory through the active participation here of Donald Nathanson, Vick Kelly and other members of the Tomkins Institute will want to view the announcement of the Annual Colloquium of the Tomkins Institute, which will take place October 25-27, 1996. The theme of this year's meeting is "The When, When Not, and How of Brief Psychotherapy," The meeting will include the presentation of first annual Michael Franz Basch Memorial Lecture, by Leigh McCullough Vaillant, Ph.D.

Another Accolade: Behavior OnLine, already the recipient of a "Top 5% of the Web" award and several others, is now an Infoseek Select site. Read all (actually only a bit) about it in our Trophy Room.

Coming Soon: A revision of our Behavioral Assessment Forum Discussion is underway. More about this soon. Also coming soon is an important announcement about continuing education online!
