The Role of the Internet in National and Local News Media Use
May 27, 2003
I am happy to announce the publication of a new article in the
Journal of Online Behavior. The new JOB article:
"The Role of the Internet in National and Local News Media Use", by Eric Riedel, Amy Gangl, Alina Oxendine, Melinda Jackson, John L. Sullivan, and Eugene Sullivan.
explores the impact of traditional and new media on the acquisition of political knowledge.
The article is the third publication of the Journal of Online Behavior. The Journal publishes empirical studies of human behavior in the online environment, and the impact of evolving communication and information technology upon individuals, groups, organizations, and society. It is a peer-reviewed journal, with editorial board members from several countries and disciplinary affiliations. JOB has become one of the most popular features at Behavior OnLine -- and has become a highly respected resource for publication of research about human behavior in online environments.
