Question Writing Counselor Supervision paper

I have to write a 3-5 page paper on my philosophy/theory of supervision for counselor's under supervision for their LPC. I wanted to use Alfred Adler for my base model. Any ideas?

Default Re: Writing Counselor Supervision paper

Consider the topic of a Classical Adlerian study-analysis. The counselor or psychotherapist being supervised is offered the experience of a personal study-analsyis wherein he/she experiences the therapeutic process and gains a congruence of character with Adlerian philosophy--of course, the training analyst must model this congruence for the exprience to be convincing. Check http://www.Adlerian.us/dt201.htm for more details.
