I've deleted my post for the simple reason that there were 62 views, but no replies in 2 weeks. I assumed this forum was here for us to help one another with clinical issues, not just read about other clinician's problems...amazed at the lack of participation on this board!

Melody: I'm sorry you received no replies. I would have been interested in reading what you wrote and giving my opinion or comments. But time only permits me to check this board about once every 2-3 weeks. Sorry! Don't give up--I have read other posts that had lots of replies. Vicki T

I just joined this forum and I hope your experience isn't the norm. I wish I would have been a member when your wrote. I too would have been interested in giving whatever assistance I could.

I find that it's really hit and mess whether or not responses come. The EMDR forum is very well responded to by the moderator, but that only helps if you are asking an EMDR question :)
Probably many or most of the people viewing were the general public rather than professionals - or else professionals that didn't feel they could contribute.
I'd also be interested in hearing the question if you feel like re-posting (and it's still something you need help with!)
Take care,
Carol Ann

I think if there was actually something lodged in you ear you be able to tell that there was something there just by the sense of touch and hearing. Plus your hearing would be a little off with that ear since the sound waves would not be able to get thur if something was blocking the canal.
