Rushton and others conclude that genetic similarity unites family and friends; Kuramoto made the same argument about oscillators: similarity and mutual influence produce synchrony. One frightening outcome is that political bias has a substantial genetic loading and the crooks in Washington would get along wonderfully with those in the Kyiv. Watch for an incestful union of Putin and Obama, and the mayors of sister-cities, Chicago and Kyiv.
